The Beginning
The MZEC Group was first established in 2003 as a construction plywood, timber and chemical products trading specialist. Our expertise and hard work quickly prove to be our main strengths as we found huge success in the construction industry. As a group, we are proud to have taken part in the construction of some renowned buildings and infrastructure projects in Malaysia. MZEC Group's success eventually led to the establishment of MZEC Development, which has a strong focus on housing development.
Charting Our Development
Our maiden development project took place in 2010 in which MZEC was involved in the planning, development and construction of terrace houses at Taman Baiduri, Banting.
Due to our history of being involved in large scale construction projects, we have taken the high standards and expertise that we are known for and applied it to our housing developments. This has resulted in excellent customer satisfaction thanks to the on-delivery of our high build quality homes.
Since then, MZEC Group is constantly refining and improving its expertise in creating quality homes. The company has been registered with CIDB as contractor.
Development Milestones
MZEC Development is also proud to be partnered with the Persatuan Nelayan Kebangsaan (NEKMAT). Together we’ve created plans to both develop and construct major joint townships, which has led to one of our first joint developments, Lestarry Heights at Mentakab. This pristine development is one of the biggest development projects undertaken by MZEC Development in partnership with NEKMAT and is the first step towards bigger and better projects in the future.
